Four Cheese Risotto

Today’s new food is a four cheese risotto from the frozen food store Picard.  I thought since I tried plain rice maybe I could see what rice tastes like with cheese incorporated.  The rice is softer than when I made it and it also is all stuck together with the cheese instead of really separated into all the little pieces.  It is also of course cheesy with a strong cheese flavor with the four different cheeses.  The texture of the risotto is mushy and soft and the taste is basically completely controlled by the cheese.  It is interesting, it is somewhat what I was expecting but still just a little bit different.
