I made green beans with butter and a little garlic and salt and pepper. Trying to expand into another vegetable because I do not have many in my current diet. Green beans are weird. They are a little wet and juicy and are crunchy and I don’t really know how to describe the taste. They are kind of bitter and this batch is garlicky because of the garlic I added. I can taste the butter and salt and pepper on the outside but mostly the green bean flavor still comes through. They are crunchier than they look like they would be. Not sure what I think about them yet.
