Another new food I have tried recently is red bell peppers. This has been an interesting one. They are crunchy, slightly sweet and juicy. They are also a little bit spicy with a lingering flavor. They kind of remind me of the texture of an apple a little bit with the crunch but are wetter. So far I have only tried them raw but the next step would to try them cooked in some way. I also tried a small piece of an orange bell pepper as well but would need to see what the differences are with yellow and green as well.
